1. The Service

CareerShot is planned to provide AI-assisted professional headshot generation, preview, and export from a photo supplied by the user. The product is currently in internal testing, and its features, models, and availability may change.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every photo you upload and every use of a generated image. You may not upload content that violates another person's image, privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Impersonating another person or creating misleading professional credentials.
• Uploading illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
• Bypassing purchases, rate limits, safety reviews, or access controls.
• Attacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the service at abusive scale.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Products, prices, and refund handling will follow the information shown in the App Store and Apple's applicable policies. The website does not promise a specific price or subscription model before approval and launch.

5. Generated Results

We instruct the model to preserve the user's identity and facial features, but AI output can contain inaccuracies or unwanted changes. You are responsible for reviewing each result before using it in a resume, recruiting platform, business profile, or other context.

6. Changes and Availability

We may change templates, styles, model providers, prices, export capabilities, or availability in response to model quality, cost, safety requirements, or product decisions.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that a generated image will lead to employment, interviews, business opportunities, or other professional outcomes.
